"As a lifelong resident of Osceola, I care about our school district. It's not only the place I grew up, but it's the place I decided to start my family and raise my children. As a former teacher, I understand the challenges our educators face every single day. As a former professional support staff member, I've seen first-hand the hurdles our leaders and departments must overcome to provide support for the best learning environments for our students and the best working environments for our staff. Paying it forward in the community that built me is what I plan to do. I need your support to get there."

About Heather.

Heather Kahoun is a former educator, mother of three students in the Osceola School District, and a local business owner.

Heather was raised in this community, went to college in the greater Central Florida area, and came right back to Osceola County. It is here where she started her career in education, purchased her forever home in the heart of District 4, and chose to raise her family.
